We encourage all media organisations from Egypt, Jordan, Lebanon, Palestine, Botswana, Kenya, Malawi, Rwanda, Somalia, Tanzania, Zambia, Zimbabwe to join in the Women in News movement.


Women in News Partners commit to:

  • 1- Completing the WIN baseline questionnaire
  • 2- Attending minimum of 1 Executive Roundtable in your market
  • 3- Enrolling your HR team members in the managing for diversity webinar series
  • 4- Sponsoring minimum of 1 high potential employee to take part in the capacity building programme
  • 5- Commit your media to participate in a self-audit of gender balanced reporting

Organisational partners in turn receive 1-year complementary membership to WAN-IFRA, (hyperlink) and recognition as
a media partner in all Women in News print and online materials.
